ONLINE PRENATAL YOGA STUDIO
Practice in the comfort and convenience of your own home as you are guided through yoga practices designed to help your body feel strong and healthy during your pregnancy and prepare your body to be soft and ready for birth, yoga poses to help baby move into a great position for birth, breathing and meditation to relax, turn your awareness inward and connect with your baby, and yoga and breathing exercises to prepare for an active labour and upright birth.
